Dove Healthcare Locations Receive Top Rating
CHIPPEWA FALLS | EAU CLAIRE | RICE LAKE - U.S. News & World Report recently announced local healthcare providers Dove Healthcare - Regional Vent Center, Rice Lake, and South Eau Claire as placing among the elite 16% that earned "High-Performing" status. This designation for the skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers awards each location with a U.S. News Best Nursing Home badge for 2022-23.
U.S. News evaluates nursing homes on factors including care, safety, infection rates, staffing and health inspections. They used a variety of data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), including information regarding consistency of registered nurse staffing, use of antipsychotic drugs and success in preventing hospitalizations and emergency room visits.
Regional Director of Operations Jeremy Kiley commented, "We are grateful for our compassionate professionals across all departments who work tirelessly every day to meet the needs of those who depend on us. This recognition is because of their ongoing commitment to upholding high standards and providing quality care to our most vulnerable population."
