Introducing Dove Healthcare's VP of Clinical Operations
We are excited to introduce you to Mindy Strese, Dove Healthcare's VP of Clinical Operations! Mindy began her career in post-acute care over 15 years ago as a CNA. Since then, she has climbed the nursing career ladder to LPN, RN, and director of nursing.
"Mindy has over ten years of clinical leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes at multiple locations. She will be responsible for establishing consistent clinical outcomes throughout the newly expanded Dove Healthcare footprint. Mindy will also be a strong resource and mentor as we seek to develop new clinical leaders. We are thrilled to have Mindy be a part of Dove Healthcare's future," commented CEO Jeremy Kiley.
Mindy shared, "I am proud to continue the family tradition of nursing, following in the footsteps of my grandmother and mother who both served in geriatric nursing. Their dedication and compassion inspired me to pursue my nursing career. As a director of nursing, I've led and managed diverse teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. I am very proud to have achieved three deficiency-free surveys during my DON tenure. I have also had the privilege of serving on the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council. For ten years, I have been actively engaged in advocating for post-acute care, lobbying for CNA staffing solutions at the state capital, and supporting the advancement of WisCaregiver Careers. I love spending time with my husband and three boys, especially when we're fishing, gardening, and enjoying the great outdoors."
